If you have any faulty products that need to be returned
to PC Peripherals you must, firstly, complete a RMA (Return
Material Authorisation) form, this form is can be downloaded from this site in MS
Word or Adobe Acrobat format - see below. Once you have this form
completed please fax it for the attention of the Administration Department
along with a copy of your delivery docket. This will complete your returns
process and allow for a replacement product to be made available (if
applicable) as quickly as possible.
